MEMBERSHIP FORM  

You must be 18 years of age or older and agree to subscribe to the purposes, rules and regulations of Bet Harim.  Your application is subject to the approval of the Bet Harim Board of Directors.  For more information contact bet_harim@yahoo.com or call (406)756-5159.

Annual FAMILY membership fee: $400.00

Annual SINGLE membership fee:  $200.00

The BET HARIM fiscal year begins on September 1st and ends on August 31st

DONATIONS  

You can honor a special occasion, remember a loved one, purchase a Siddur or Machzor dedicated to a loved one or your family, donate to our education fund or just donate to the general fund by making a contribution to Bet Harim.  To make a donation, print out the Donation Form and mail it (along with your check, credit card information or money order) to:

PLEDGE FORM  

Give a gift or pledge a gift to BET HARIM.  BET HARIM with it's many activities and services cannot survive on membership dues alone.  Just preparing for and presenting the High Holy Days is covered by 60% of our current membership income.  The rest of what we do is covered by the remainder of membership income and donations from the generosity of our membership. Your gift can be for any of the funds identified in the Pledge Form (General Fund, Education Fund, Building Fund, Prayer Book Fund, Cemetary Fund, Other). Your gift is tax deductible.  BET HARIM is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation - Federal Tax ID #81-0468877.  You will receive a tax statement reflecting your gift by year end.

Now that we are growing and our gross receipts will be more than $25,000 on average for a 3 year period - our income tax and filing requirements have become somewhat more complicated.  As a non-profit - the possibility of an audit is stronger now that we have become more visable.  It is important that we maintain good records in case we are faced with an audit.  Until now - the pieces of paper have been converted onto the attached expense form and filed.  The effort has become more intense, receipts are lost or confusing and time is obviously a limitation. SO - when you are in need of a reimbursement, please download and complete the PDF form with all receipts attached and submit to BET HARIM CONGREGATION, PO BOX 364, Kalispell, MT 59903-0364 or provide to the Treasurer at your earliest convienence.
